iCAM501 LED Flash Spectral Response
2.8.6 Audio recording
To make an audio recording once a picture has been taken, take the picture as
normal (described above) but do not release the picture taking button. Once the
picture taking process is complete and the picture quality LED sequence has finished
start to speak normally into the microphone. Note that the optimum distance is up to
10cm from the mouth which ensures that not too much background noise is picked
up. Once the audio recording is finished simply release the button and the recording
will be saved to the flash memory as a *.wav file with the same filename as the image
file.

Downloading Pictures and Audio
The iCAM501 has been designed to use the widely supported Picture Transfer
Protocol (PTP) to allow it to easily communicate with multiple operating systems
without having to install drivers. It automatically generates files with the following
name structure:
iCAM501_HHMMSS-DDMMYYY.jpg
Where:
HH = Hour
MM = Minutes
SS = Seconds
DD = Day
MM = Month
YYYY = Year
