6. Hold the Left Upright (80) against the Base (91).
Insert two 3/8" x 4" Screws (7) and a 3/8" x
1 1/2" Screw (8) with three 3/8" Star Washers
(11) into the Left Upright.
Partially tighten the 3/8" x 4" Screws (7) until the
heads of the Screws touch the Left Upright (80);
do not fully tighten the Screws yet. Partially
tighten the 3/8" x 1 1/2" Screw (8).
With the help of a second person, tip the tread-
mill so that the Base (91) is flat on the floor.
7. Identify the Left Base Cover (86) and the Right
Base Cover (87), which are marked with stick-
ers. Slide the Left Base Cover onto the Left
Upright (80). Slide the Right Base Cover onto
the Right Upright (81).
Identify the Left Upright Cover (78) and the
Right Upright Cover (79), which are marked with
stickers. Slide the Left Upright Cover onto the
Left Upright (80). Slide the Right Upright Cover
onto the Right Upright (81).
8. Cut the plastic ties in the Left Handrail (84) and
the Right Handrail (85). If necessary, press the
5/16" Cage Nuts (31) back into place.
Identify the Right Handrail (85), which is marked
with a "Right" sticker, and hold it near the
Right Upright (81). Insert the Upright Wire (88)
through the bracket on the bottom of the Right
Handrail. Pull the Upright Wire out of the end of
the Right Handrail.
