Set address
The default address (1) is used
for most applications.
However, if it is necessary to
change it, you can set the
address from 2 to 255.
The ID length is typically be set
at the host computer. When
setting the ID length, change to
the number of digits in the
longest ID number to be entered
in the keypad.
Set serial
9600 bps is the correct setting
for most applications. The baud
rates can be set from 300bps
minimum to 28,800 bps
maximum.
You may now complete the set up in the host computer or enroll employees. The next
group of menus is for employee enrollment.
