Q Why do i hear crackling noises?
A Bluetooth is a radio technology that is sensitive to
objects between the speaker and the connected
device. Ensure the speaker and the connected device
are within range (up to 10 meters or 33 feet).
Q What is the range of the speaker?
A The Jabra Solemate Mini supports the following maxi-
mum ranges: 10m/33ft.
Q i am having bluetooth connecting problems
A you may have deleted your Jabra Solemate pairing
connection in Bluetooth device. Reconnect by holding
the Answer/end button for 4 seconds to put the Jabra
Solemate into pairing mode, and then connect to your
Bluetooth device.
Q Why can i not use reject call or redial?
A These features are dependent on the ability of your
phone to support a hands-free profile. Even if the
hands-free profile is implemented, reject call and
redialing are optional features that are not supported
by all devices. please consult your device manual for
details.
