Assembly
1.
Attach the casters to the base assembly
with the M8-1.25 x 20 hex bolts, hex nuts,
flat washers and lock washers, as shown
in Figure 2. Both braking casters should
be installed at the same end of the cart, as
shown in Figure 1.

Slide the tubular ends of the cart sides into
the support sockets located on the cart
assembly, and fasten with the M8-1.25 x 40
hex bolts and fender washers as shown in
Figure 2.
3.
If you have difficulty moving your cart, check
to see if the casters are locked in the horizon-
tal "brake" position. Simply move the brake
into the diagonal "free" position (Figure 3) to
restore movement to the caster.
