A word about Prospecting Scan ...
Prospecting Scan provides a
scrolling graph making ground
changes obvious.
By monitoring these changes,
increasing ground mineraliza-
tion can be easily located.
Increased ground minerals are
more likely to contain precious
metals (like gold).
Analysis – Select options for the Analysis (TRIGGER FORWARD) mode.
Pinpoint Meter – Select to show horizontal bar graph showing depth or intensity.
Pinpoint Scan – Select to show scrolling graph that indicates depth or signal intensity over time.

Depth – Show target's depth on Prospecting Scan Display.
Format – Select a format for the depth on Prospecting Scan
Size – Select a size for Depth on Prospecting Scan display.
Rate - 16 – 60 – Select speed or rate of the Prospecting Scan data.
Title – Label frequencies on Prospecting Scan display.
Rule – Show reference scale with Prospecting Scan display.
Phase Range – Adjust the phase data range.
Top - -93 – +95 – Select the phase at the top of the graph.
Mid - -94 – +94 – Select the phase in the center of the graph
Low - -95– +95 – Select the phase at the bottom of the graph.
Phase Ref - Off – -95 - +95– Adjust Curser line that is used to reference
phase.
Screen Top – Show these features on the pinpoint meter.
Depth – Show depth signal on graph.
Signal – Show target intensity on graph.
Fade Rate – 0 – off. How quickly depth graph fades when target no longer detected.
Rule - Show a reference scale with depth or intensity graph.
