5. TRANSMIT MIDI PROGRAM CHANGE ON/OFF

You can use 8 Sound buttons and Variation button to transmit Program Change Numbers via MIDI.
Please refer to the list on page 19 for assignment of sound and program number.
(1) Press the "Trans prg" key while the LED indicators for Touch and Transpose buttons are flashing.
(2) If you press the "-" key, this function is set to "off" and the ES1 piano does not transmit the
program change data corresponding to the sound selected on the panel. If you press the "+" key,
this function returns to "on" and selecting a sound will transmit the data.
When the power is first turned on, the TRANSMIT MIDI PROGRAM CHANGE function is always
"on".
