Connectivity
(Menu 11)
In this menu you can
connect the phone to a compatible
device via Bluetooth or infrared
connection. You can also define the
settings for GPRS dial-up
connections.
Note: Your phone must be
switched on to use the
functions in the
Connectivity
switch the phone on when
wireless phone use is
prohibited or when it may
cause interference or
danger.
Bluetooth wireless
technology
The phone supports Bluetooth
technology which allows you to
wirelessly connect the phone to a
compatible Bluetooth device within
10 meters. In this menu, you can set
up and manage Bluetooth
connections.
To access this menu: Press
standby mode, and select
Connectivity
and Bluetooth.
The Bluetooth connection can be
subject to interference from
obstructions such as walls or other
electronic devices.

For compatibility between your
phone and another Bluetooth device,
consult the device's documentation
and your Nokia dealer. In some
countries, there may be restrictions
on using Bluetooth devices. Check
with your local authorities.
Note: Using Bluetooth
consumes the battery and
the phone's operating time
will be reduced. Be careful
not to let it run in the
background when
performing other operations
with your phone.
Setting up a Bluetooth
connection
1. Activate the Bluetooth feature:

3. Select the device that you want
to connect to the phone.
