    3. READY TO START? Some tips to help you set up your mixer 1. ZERO THE CONTROLS At this stage leave the POWER cord disconnected from the mixer . Turn down all the GAIN, LEVEL controls. Keep EQ and PAN/BAL controls on center position. Turn down PHONES and MAIN MIX controls.
