- To move the training wheels, loosen the nut, slide the leg to the correct position, and retighten the
nut.

Quick Release Operation
- To release the clamp force on the component, move the Quick Release (QR) lever counterclockwise to
the open position.
- To apply the clamp force on the component, move the QR lever clockwise to the closed position.
- To adjust the clamp force of the QR, loosen or tighten the nut on the threaded end.
- You must use strong force to move the quick release lever to the "close" position. If you can easily
move the lever to the "close" position, the clamping force is too light.
- If the clamping force of the quick release mechanism is too light, the component can loosen while
riding. This can cause injury to the rider or to others.
WARNING! OPERATE THE QUICK RELEASE LEVER BY HAND ONLY. DO NOT USE A HAMMER
OR ANY OTHER TOOL TO TIGHTEN THE QUICK RELEASE LEVER.
WARNING! DO NOT TIGHTEN THE QUICK RELEASE MECHANISM BY TURNING THE LEVER IN
A CIRCULAR MOTION. THIS CAUSES THE CLAMPING FORCE TO BE TOO TIGHT.
