You can select five different sound settings.

Zapping function
This function allows you to switch back and forth between two tele-
vision channels (zapping).

Changing the picture format
The television automatically switches to the 16:9 format, if this
format is recognised via the Euro-AV socket.

Switch on the television by pressing the » « button on the tele-
vision set.
Press the » « button to switch the television to standby mode.
Press »1...0« or »P+« or »P-« to switch the television back on
from standby.
Press » « on the television set to switch it off completely.
– This saves electricity.
Select channel positions directly with »1...0«.
Use »–/– – « to select two digit channel positions.
Press »P+« or »P-« to move up and down channels.
Use »AV« to select AV channels directly.
Adjust the volume with
p
Use » « to switch the sound off (mute) and to switch it on
again.
You can display or conceal the clock by pressing »SUB« (only
for stations with teletext).

Press » « (blue) to select the audio setting »USER«, »MUSIC«,
»SPORTS«, »CINEMA« or »SPEECH«.
Press »1...0«, »P+« or »P-« to select a TV station.
Press »1...0«, »P+« or »P-« to switch to a different station.
You can use »Z« to switch between the two most recently
selected TV stations (zapping).
Select the picture format with »
format, for example »16:9«, appears on the screen.
