  • Page 4 PREPARATION ____________________ Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the device. Insert a battery (LR 03/AM 4/AAA) in the battery compartment. Make sure the polarity of the battery is as marked on the bottom of the compartment. Push the battery compartment cover back in. Note: If you are not going to use the device for a long period of time, remove the battery from the compartment.

    RADIO MODE _____________________ Press »ON/OFF« to switch on the device. Connect the earphones to the »0 « socket. – The earphone cable functions as an FM antenna. Adjust the volume using »VOLUME«. Select the frequency band using »MW•FM•FMST«. Use »TUNING« to tune to a station. Note: If the FM stereo signal is too weak, move the »MW•FM•FMST«...

    GENERAL INFORMATION _________ Stereo earphone volume Excessive volume can be dangerous to yourself and other road users. Listen at a volume which allows you to hear outside noises such as horns, emergency vehicles and police cars. Cleaning Do not use any cleaning agent, as this may damage the casing. Clean the device with a clean, moist leather cloth.
