    CONTROLLING THE TEMPERATURE Achieving a consistent temperature as high as 750°F or as low as 225°F is easy on your Kamado Joe Grill. In fact, you can maintain low temperatures for up to 12 hours without adding any 100% Natural Lump Charcoal.

    CARE & MAINTENANCE Your Kamado Joe Grill is made of quality materials, so general care and maintenance is minimal. The best way to protect your Kamado Joe from the elements is with a Grill Cover. REMOVING ASHES Occasionally, you will need to remove the ashes underneath the fire box.
