If you have problems, please try the troubleshooting steps first. Troubleshooting
provides useful information to help you resolve any difficulty with your AXIS
9010. You can also find troubleshooting tips in this user's guide. Please refer to
Appendix B - Troubleshooting, on page 42.

Status Report
The Status Report shows system information and the status of your AXIS 9010.
When contacting Axis support, please copy the information in the Status Report
and attach it to your message. This will help the support personnel to diagnose
your problem.
Restart Options
Here you find information on how to restart, restore or reset your AXIS 9010.
Upgrade
When you click on the Upgrade link, your current software version is shown. You
will also find a link to the download page on the Axis website, where software
updates are offered.
