Camcorder
Connecting the camcorder

Connect the VIDEO LINE IN
corresponding socket of the camcorder (VHS/Video 8) using cinch cables
(video signal).
Connect the white and red AUDIO LINE IN »YUV/VIDEO« sockets on the
television and the corresponding sockets of the camcorder with a cinch cable
(audio signal).

Connect the VIDEO LINE IN
the corresponding sockets of the camcorder (S-Video/Hi 8) with S-VHS cinch
cables (video signal).
Connect the white and red AUDIO LINE IN
television and the corresponding sockets of the camcorder with a cinch cable
(audio signal).
Operation with a camcorder

Switch on the camcorder, insert a cassette and start playback.

Select a preset station for the camcorder, then keep pressing »Z« until the
message »AV3 S-VIDEO« or »AV4 VIDEO« appears.
– You will see the picture and hear the sound of the camcorder on the tele-
vision.
