Data Connection Settings

From the application tray, touch
Settings > Wireless Manager > Data.
• Data Connection—turns on the
data connection.
NoTe: Data charges apply when
the data connection is on.
• Data roaming—turns on the data
connection when roaming.
NoTe: There may be additional
charges from your service provider
to use the data connection while
roaming.
• Access Point Names—displays
connected data service access
points.

Phone Settings

From the application tray, touch
Settings > Phone.
• Call Forwarding—see
• Call Barring—see
• Call Waiting—see
• Send My Caller ID—sets a
preference for sending caller ID
information when you make phone
calls.
• Voice Mail Number—sets the
number to access voice mail,
usually the same as your phone
number.
• TTY—enables TTY
(teletypewriter) mode. This requires
the use of a TTY adapter (part
number 010-11371-04), available
at www.garminasus.com/a50
/tty_adapter.
