    UsInG THe MassaGeR Plug the POWER CORD into an outlet . 2 . Grip the POSITIONING HANDLES and drape the MAIN UNIT around the back of your neck . 3 . Press the POWER button to begin the massage at the low intensity . 4 .

    IMPoRTanT noTes Note: the massage function will automatically shut off after 20 minutes. IMPORtaNt: this massager is equipped with a thermal limiter as a safety system which protects from overheating and accidents. When the thermal limiter operates, it may require a cool-down period after two consecutive massage programs.
