Introduction
This Chapter provides an overview of the ADE-4301/ADW-4301's fea-
tures and capabilities.
Congratulations on the purchase of your new ADE-4301/ADW-4301. The ADE-
4301/ADW-4301 is a multi-function device providing the following services:

The ADE-4301/ADW-4301 incorporates many advanced features, carefully designed

Shared Internet Access.
Internet through the ADE-4301/ADW-4301, using only a single external IP Address.
The local (invalid) IP Addresses are hidden from external sources. This process is
called NAT (Network Address Translation).
Built-in ADSL 2/2+ Modem.
2/2+ modem, supporting all common ADSL 2/2+ connections.

4301 supports all common connection methods.
