Troubleshooting

If you suffer audio stuttering or sound breakup try changing the sample rate to 22KHz in
Program Settings dialog.
Reducing the sample rate from 44 KHz to 22KHz will reduce CPU load. If problems
persist try on and off your iPhone to unload any memory resident programs hogging
memory and resources.
If you are receiving errors whilst importing samples into either a drum kit or a sampler
you need to ensure that the sample is the required format. Aurora supports mono or stereo
WAV files in 8,16,24 and 32 bit formats with sample frequencies in the range of 8-
48KHz. All samples also need to be under 10secs in length.
If your iPad will not open an App or closes suddenly whilst you are using it you may be
running low on memory to solve this issue:
Double click the home button twice; this will open the task bar which will show all the
applications that are currently running in the background. Click and hold on one of the
apps and they will all start to jiggle and the "X" Close icon will appear in the corner of
each app. Close all the apps then Run Aurora again and it should work with no problems.
If you use your task bar to close unused apps it will help free up memory on your iPad.
