Sharing Songs

You can share your completed songs with other Aurora users by uploading them to the
Aurora server. When a song is uploaded, you will be given a Song ID which can be used
to retrieve the song at a later date. You can also search for a song by 'Song Name' or
'Artist' if you are unsure of the Song ID.
Any uploaded songs are associated with the device on which they were created, so it is
easy to retrieve a list of your songs on the server by selecting 'My Songs' option. You are
free to remove file from the server only if they were created and uploaded from your
device.
All file sharing options can be located in the 'File' menu under 'Import / Export' -
Uploading a Song, Downloading a Song and Artist Profiles.

Uploading A Song

You can share a file with other Aurora users by uploading it to the Aurora server. To do
this select the 'Upload File' option from the 'Import / Export' options found under the
'File' menu.
You will be prompted for an 'Author' and 'Song Title' before being able to upload. After
uploading the file you will be given a 'Song ID' which can later be used to retrieve the file
or to send to a friend.
It is recommended that you create an Artist Profile which will allow other users to view
songs associated with you the artist, along with any contact details you choose to make
available.
Note: Only songs created using default patches can be uploaded to the Aurora server.
This ensures your compositions play back as expected on other users devices.
