A confirmation message appears. Select Yes on the message, and press OK again.
Another confirmation message displays the file name change.
To rename a file that is not playing:
Select the file you want to rename, but do not open it. Press the Options button,
and then select Rename. To enter the new name, press the down arrow button
to find the first letter. To find a number, press the up arrow button. After making a
selection, press OK to advance to the next field.

If you want to leave a space between words, press the right-pointing arrow when
you reach a blank field. Then start the new word in the next field. Each word
automatically begins with a capital letter. When you finish, press OK twice. A
confirmation message appears. Select Yes on the message and press OK again.
Another message displays the name change.

Saving a Text File as Audio

The Reader can convert a text file to audio format and store it in the Library. You
can then play the file on the Reader or download it to another device. The Reader
retains the text version of the file as well as the audio file. The files are different file
types and are stored in different menus of the Library.
In the Texts or Categories menu, highlight the file you want to convert. Press
Options. In the Options menu, select Save as Audio. Press OK.
A message gives you a progress report as the file is converted. When all pages
have been converted, another message tells you the process is complete. You are
