Chapter 4. Using the Reader
With a file highlighted in the Texts or Audio menu, you can use the Options button
to perform the following tasks:
•
Add a file to a category.
•
Get information about a file.
•
Delete a file.
•
Rename text and audio files.
•
Save a text file as an audio file.
•
Add pages to a text file.
The following sections explain how to perform most of these tasks. For information
about adding a file to a category, refer to the section titled Using Categories.
Getting File Information
In the Texts or Audio menu, highlight a file. Press Options. On the Options menu,
select Info. Then press OK. The Info screen appears. This screen provides:
•
The title of the file
•
The type of file, such as Reader book, DAISY book, or Audio
•
For Reader and DAISY books, the number of pages
