Pairing
Pairing is the creation and exchange of a link key between two Bluetooth devices.
Both devices use the link key for future authentication when exchanging information, in
order to successfully pair the Bluetooth headset with the Bluetooth mobile phone and other
Bluetooth devices such as PCs and notebook computers (for Bluetooth version 1.1). The
Bluetooth headset supports SCO (Synchronous Connection Oriented link) and ACL
(Asynchronous Connection Less) and has a transfer speed of 1 Mbps/sec.
For your convenience we have given some extra functions to the transparent 'Mode' button
on the Bluetooth headset, the table below explains how some of these extra features can
be used simply by pressing the 'Mode' button for a period of time:
