Registering a handset to the base unit

Base unit:
NKX-TGP500 series
Press and hold {ALL} for about 4 seconds until the STATUS
indicator flashes in red.
NKX-TGP550 series
Press and hold {ALL} for about 4 seconds until the registration tone
sounds and the STATUS indicator flashes in red.
L If all registered handsets start ringing, press the same button to
stop. Then repeat this step.
L The next step must be completed within 90 seconds.

Handset:
{OKL}

Wait until "Enter Base PIN" is displayed. i Enter the base unit
PIN (default: "0000"). i Press {OK}, then wait until a long beep
sounds.
L If you forget your PIN, contact your phone system dealer.
Note:
L If an error tone sounds, or if _ is still displayed, register the handset
according to the registering section of the base unit's User Guide on
the Panasonic Web site. See page 1 for Panasonic URL.
