Never leave surface units unattended at high
settings. Boilover causes smoking and greasy
used. Use surface unit heat settings recommended
by the manufacturer and adequate-size utensils.
Never use your cooking appliance for warming,

range hood may not withstand the

Keep the hood clean and clean grease filter or
replace combination filter as recommended to
