Messaging

You can only use Messaging to exchange multimedia messages (MMS) .

Opening the messaging screen

> Messaging . You can create a new
From the home screen, tap
message, search for messages, or open an ongoing message thread .
• Tap to write a new multimedia message .
• Tap to search for a message using keywords .
• Tap an existing message thread to open the conversation you've had with
a certain number .

Sending a multimedia message

1 . From the home screen, tap
2 . Enter the recipient and the text of the message, as you do when sending
a text message . You can also include email addresses as recipients .
3 . Tap to attach a file to the message .
4 . Tap .

Replying to a message

Messages you receive are appended to existing threads of the same
number . If the new message comes from a new number, a new thread
is created .
1 . From the home screen, tap

2 . Type your reply in the text box at the bottom . To reply with an MMS, tap

Forwarding a message

1 . From the home screen, tap
the message you want to forward .
2 . Tap and hold the message .
3 . Tap Forward .
4 . Enter a recipient for the message and edit the content if you want .
5 . Tap .

Viewing details about a message

1 . Tap and hold a message in a thread .
2 . Tap View details to see information about the message, such as message
type, sender, recipient, or date .

Deleting messages or threads

Delete messages in a thread
1 . From the home screen, tap
2 . Tap and hold the message and then tap Delete .
3 . Tap Delete to confirm .
