10. Solving Problems
The subtitles on my movie are too small/in the wrong place.
If you are playing an .MKV file with subtitles, press Pause, then use the arrow buttons to
adjust the size and placement of the subtitles.
The media player doesn't recognize my external USB drive.
Your USB drive may not be formatted correctly. Only FAT, FAT32, NTFS and Mac HFS+
formatted external USB storage devices are supported by the media player.
The media player doesn't recognize my digital camera or camcorder.
Your digital camera or camcorder may not be compatible with the media player. If your
camera or camcorder doesn't appear in the list of devices on your Home screen when you
connect it to the media player, it's incompatible for use.
One of my media files won't open.
The file format may not be supported by your media player. Check to see if the file's
extension is listed here:

Check to see if the movie file and subtitle file have identical names. Also, ensure that the
movie file and subtitle file are stored in the same folder.
