This is for EXP1000Xl . Suddenly the incline won’t work. Can’t see anything broken or out of place but when incline + or - is pushed , nothing happens. Any ideas?

The incline may not work on a NordicTrack EXP3000xi treadmill due to an issue with the key in the console. To fix this, with the key inserted, press one of the incline buttons. While the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds, reinsert the key. The treadmill should automatically rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level. This process may resolve the issue.
