Make sure that your computer is turned off.

If your computer supports analog video, connect the analog video cable to the
matching video port on the back of your computer.
- OR -
If your computer supports digital video, connect the digital video cable (FPD 1830
and FPD 1930 only) to the matching video port on the back of your computer.
