Appendix A Troubleshooting Guide
If the Enterprise should function abnormally during operation, please review the items in the following
checklist. Please be sure to thoroughly check all other connected components such as speakers and
preamplifiers, as well as cables.
Symptom
No power or front panel
lights and no sound.
No audio output.
Hot/Warm
Possible Cause(s)
The power cable is not inserted 100% into
AC input connector.
The rear panel fuses is open.
Circuit breaker is open (AC outlet).
Overheating
Plus or minus fuse is open.
Normal operation
Remedy
Ensure that the AC cord is inserted all the
way into the
outlet is active.
Replace with same type and rating ONLY.
Check the AC outlet circuit breaker and reset,
if necessary, or contact your dealer.
If the front and/or rear panel THERMAL LED
is illuminated, shut down the
it cools. An external fan may be necessary.
Check the rear panel fuse indicator LEDS. If
one is on, a fuse is open.
