    GETTING STARTED • A frayed or torn belt could rip apart in a collision and leave you with no protection. Inspect the belt system periodically, checking for cuts, frays, or loose parts. Damaged parts must be replaced immediately. Do not disassemble or modify the system. Seat belt assemblies must be replaced after a collision if they have been damaged (bent retractor, torn webbing, etc.).

Therefore, it can remain installed when the top is up. However, when not in use, the Wind Stop folds to allow for convenient storage underneath the cargo shield in the trunk.

The TPMS malfunction indicator is combined with the low tire pressure telltale. When the system detects a malfunction, the telltale will flash for approximately one minute and then remain continuously illuminated.

If this light turns on, stop the vehicle and run the engine at idle, with the transmission in NEUTRAL, until the light turns off.

If the pointer remains on HOT (H), and you hear continuous chimes, turn the engine off immediately, and call for service.
