1. Go through the troubleshooting advice on page 9 of this installation guide.
2. Visit the support pages on our web site at http://www.videologic.com/
3. Download the latest drivers from the drivers area on our web site.
4. Contact us online using one of the following services:

5. Contact your original supplier for technical help.
6. Call our customer support group.
