Water is not hot
PROBLEM
No water running
out from faucets
Water dispenser does
not work
Water dispenser leaks
from the outside
Compressor runs too
frequently
Noisy operation
Temperature limiter tripped
Dispenser is unplugged
Heating switch not on
The fuse is blown/circuit
breaker is tripped
Temperature limiter tripped
POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. empty bottle
2. inlet of bottle supporter
blocked by bottle seal
1. empty water bottle
2. mineral deposits clogging tank
crack or pin hole in bottle
1. room temperature is hotter
than normal
2. dispenser does not have
proper clearance
improper installation

Set the hot and cold power
switches to OFF position.
Wait five minutes, then set
switches to ON position.
Wait 30 minutes for water
to heat or cool.
Push plug completely into
outlet
Check to be sure heating
switch is turned to ON
Replace house fuse or reset
circuit breaker.
If too many items are
plugged into a single
circuit, move some items
to a different circuit
Set the hot and cold power
switches to OFF position.
Wait five minutes, then set
switches to ON position.
Wait 30 minutes for water
to heat or cool.
SOLUTION
1. replace with new bottle
2. clean out wasted paper
and bottle seal, install
bottle again
1. replace with new bottle
2. see Care and Cleaning.
replace with new bottle
This may be necessary to
maintain a constant
temperature during hot
and humid days
Check to be sure unit is
properly located to ensure
adequate airflow
place the machine on level
surface
