Returned merchandise must be sent prepaid and in the original packing. CHAUVET® will not issue
call tags. Package must be clearly labeled with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number). Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Call CHAUVET® and request an RMA number prior to shipping the fixture. Be prepared to provide
the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the cause(s) for the return.
Mark the RMA number clearly on a label and apply to the box. Do not write the RMA number
directly on the box.
Be sure to properly pack the fixture and accessories. Any shipping damage resulting from
inadequate packaging is the customer's responsibility. CHAUVET® reserves the right to use its
own discretion to repair or replace product(s). FedEx packing or double-boxing are recommended.
If you are given an RMA number, please include the following information on a piece of
paper inside the box:
