MAINTENANCE
Check water level of batteries after charging;
add distilled water if necessary.
Check brushes and debris hopper for proper
installation.
Check for securely attached drain hose, plug
and cap.
Check that solution cover seals tightly
Visually check for damaged or worn tires.
Check pedal(s), brake and steering for proper
operation.
Observe spray pattern and clean jets if
necessary.
Switch Selector Valve to "no chemical"
position to flush injector system and jets.
Clean brushes and check wear.
Empty debris hopper and clean underside of
scrub deck.
Clean out solution tank.
Clean and inspect solution filter strainer.
Store with solution cover off tank to allow tank
to dry.
Clean outside of tank, check for damage.
Charge batteries.
Clean off top of batteries.
Check battery cells with hydrometer.
Check battery connections are tight.
Clean battery cases and battery compartment.
Clean and check drive tension chain for wear
and tension.
Check parking brake.
Clean chains and slides for scrub deck lift
Clean pivot points on scrub deck.
Check all motors for carbon brush wear.
Check motor commutators.
Check steering chain tensioner.
