Attach rim to board as shown. For spring loaded rim assembly, refer to instructions
included with rim hardware. Assemble lower elevator tubes (40) as shown. DO NOT
overtighten.
It is necessary for all
parts to be installed for
this mechanism to work
safely and properly.
