From the main menu, select Time
Clock.

If time clock PINs are enabled on the
device, select your user name, and
enter your time clock PIN.

Select one or more users.

Select Set Status.

• To delete all users, select Delete
All Users.
• To delete a specific user, select
Delete User.

If necessary, select one or more
users to delete, and select Delete.
