Adjust the close l imit ( Figure 3B).

Turn the Close Limit AdjustmentScrew1/4turn at a time
toward the up or downto changewherethe bullet stops.
- Usethe remoteto cyclethe openerafter
eachadjustment.
- Adjust until the bullet'sleadingedgestopsat the
pencilmark.

Each1/4 turn of the adjustment screwequals about 5/8"
of carriagetravel.
NOTE
During the next adjustment, if the door stops durinq
openinq or reversesduring closing before reaching-the
limits, the door force must beadjusted. Changethe door
torce settinqas described in the next section then return
hereto finish setting these limits.

until the carriageengages with the bullet.

• Checkwherethe door stopped.

• Check wherethe door stopped.

point wherethe door isjust below level.

Settinq the limit too high on a one-piece door will
cause_heopener to"buck" when starting down.

f the door is reversingafter contactinq the floor,the
imit is set too tar toward the door and needsto be set
back.

door forceissettoo high. A closingdoormay not reverse
properlyand someonecould be pinnedunder it. An
opening door might not stop when going up and
