VIEWING A ND D ELETING F ILES
The STC-­‐P8XT cam offers the user different options for viewing their images.
You can view images or videos through either a handheld LCD monitor or
your h ome T V t hat i s e quipped w ith a nd R CA I nput j ack.
The e xternal L CD d isplay o n t he f ront o f t he h ousing w ill s how t he n umber o f
images i n m emory.
NOTE: The instructions below are based on starting with a camera that's
power i s t urned o ff.
For v iewing o n h andheld L CD m onitor:
Attach t he a ppropriate c able t o t he V IDEO O UT j ack o n t he c amera.

Insert the other end into the VIDEO IN jack on the handheld LCD video

monitor.
Turn o n b oth t he c amera a nd t he m onitor.
•
You w ill s ee a s eries o f t humbnail i mages o n y our m onitor.
•
Press t he [ UP] o r [ DN] b utton t o n avigate t hough y our t humbnail i mages.
•
On t he u pper l eft h and c orner o f y our T V m onitor, i t w ill e ither d isplay

the i mage O R t he i mage w ith a v ideo i con w hich
indicates i t's a v ideo c lip.
To v iew i n f ull s creen, p ress t he [ OK] b utton.

Press t he [ OK] b utton a gain, i t w ill r eturn t o t he t humbnail v iew f rom t he
