9.1 Overview
The built-in Camera application allows you to use the camera /microphone to capture
videos and images. Your camera offers the following features and much more.
Single image capture
Time controlled capture
Video capture
Quality, size and file format options
Special effects and image properties
To open the camera, click on Start – Pictures & Videos – Camera. You can also open the camera application by
pressing the Camera button on the front of the device.
9.1.2 Taking a picture
1.
Press the camera icon to launch the camera application.
2.
Press Camera button, the screen will display a rectangle frame when the camera is focusing. The frame
color will turn green once the camera has focused successfully.
3.
Release the camera button to capture the image
9.1.3 Taking a video
1.
Press the camera icon to launch the camera application.
2.
Click on Menu – Video (View Picture 1)
3.
Position the device so that the image you want to capture is displayed on the screen.
4.
Press the camera button to start recording.
5.
Press the camera button to stop recording.
