SETTING THE CLOCK FOR THE CURRENT
TiME OF DAY
In order to begin using the Bread Machine you
have to set the clock for the current time of da)_
Plug the power cord into an AC outlet.
The dock display will flash ON and OFF at 12:00
A.M.

Press the "H"(V) to set the current hour and
"M"(Z0 to set the minutes. Keep in mind the dif-
ference between A.M. and P.M.

By continuously pressing "H"(V) or "M"(A) you
can fast forward to the time desired.

Press CLOCK. The Bread Machine will indicate
that the current time has been programmed in.
If a mistake is made, press CLOCK again and start
from Step 2.
Caution:
Do not operate the unit immediately after baking
is completed or when temperature inside the
Bread Machine is higher than 131 °F (55°C), other-
wise the microprocessor will not activate.
SELECTING THE RIGHT PROGRAM
The Kenmore Choice Bread Machine automatically makes a wide variety of delicious yeast breads,
whole grain breads and quick breads with the simple press of a button. You can also make yeast dough
for pizza, bagels and rolls and delectable pastries that you will then hand shape and bake in a
conventional oven.
The control panel is broken into five different categories: Yeast Bread, Whole Grain, Quick Bread and
Mixing and Mulfi-Logoc
TM.
After setting the clock press SELECT for the category you desire. An indicator
light will light up under a different category every time you press SELECT.
