To remove the pan from the Bread Machine after
cool down, lift the lid. Turn the pan counterclock-
wise and lift up and out.
Turn the pan upside 'down on a clean surface and
slide the bread out.

Using a kitchen utensil, carefully remove the
dough blade from the bottom of the baked loaf of
bread. The dough blade will be extremely hot, so
handle with care.

Cut the bread as desired.

If you are using the program to make dough only,
remove dough from pan. Hand shape and bake as
specified in your recipe.
On each items you can set operating time as
shown below.

1. You can make all kinds of yeast dough with the
Mul_-Logic

program.
2. Program the 2nd Kneading as desired. Set Ris-
ing and Baking at "0" minutes so that dough
does not rise a 2nd time and then bake.
