Issue
Cannot select radio presets.

Possible cause
The presets have been deleted.
The DRX-730 has been
disconnected from the AC wall
outlet for more than a week.
Possible cause
The FM antenna is not connected
properly.
The signal from the tuned FM
station is weak, or reception of that
station in your area is poor.
Multipath interference due to the
FM signal being reflected off
mountains, tall buildings, or other
obstacles.
The signal from the FM station is
weak, or reception of that station in
your area is poor.
Possible cause
Atmospheric interference or
lightning, or the DRX-730 is
picking up noise from fluorescent
lighting, motors, or electrical
appliances with a thermostat.
The AM indoor antenna is too
close to the DRX-730.
The DRX-730 is too close to the
TV, particularly if the noise occurs
in the evening.
The AM loop antenna is not
connected properly.
The signal from the tuned AM
station is weak, or reception of that
station in your area is poor.
Solution
Preset the radio stations again (see
page 38).
Make sure the power cable is
connected properly, and then
preset the radio stations again (see
page 38).

Make sure the FM antenna is
connected properly (see page 11).
Reduce the noise by switching to
Manual Tuning mode (see
page 37), or connect an outdoor
FM antenna (sold separately).

Move the antenna away from the
DRX-730, or try adjusting the
direction of the antenna.
Move the DRX-730 away from the
TV.
Make sure the AM loop antenna is
connected properly (see page 11).
Try switching to Manual Tuning
mode (see page 37).
