DMLCD Circuit Board, Back Light Assembly
and LCD
(Time required: About 4 minutes)

Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)

Remove the LCD unit. (See procedure 4.)

Remove the eight (8) screws marked [L100]. The
DMLCD circuit board can then be removed from
the LCD unit. (Fig. 7)

Remove the LCD, back light assembly and rubber
connectors from the LCD panel. (Fig. 7)

When attaching the rubber connector to the
LCD panel, set the conductor side to face in-
ward. (Fig. 8)

When installing the DMLCD circuit board, tight-
en the screws 1 through 8 in numerical order
as shown in Fig. 9. (Fig. 9)
If the DMLCD circuit board is replaced, execute
the "Factory Set" in the test program.

MIDI Circuit Board
(Time required: About 6 minutes)

Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)

Remove the four (4) screws marked [210G]. The
MIDI circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 6)

PNL Circuit Board
(Time required: About 6 minutes)

Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)

Remove the AM circuit board. (See procedure 3.)

Remove the eleven (11) screws marked [210H]
and two (2) screws marked [210I]. The PNL circuit
board can then be removed. (Fig. 10)
