Click the SEARCH button on the remote control and the screen below will
appear. This screen allows you to search for music tracks, videos, or photos.
Use the up and down arrows
on the remote control to navigate
through the options. Press
ENTER on the remote control
to make a selection. Use the
down arrow to navigate to the
next field.
Media Type: You can select All
types of media or specify music,
photo, or video.
Search Type: There are two
options available under the Search Type.
• Starts With will search for files that begin with the characters entered in
the Search For: field.
For example, a Starts With search for en would bring up the following:
Enjoy The Silent Thunder
Enter Sandwich Castle
Endless Laughter
• Contains will search for files that contain the specified characters anywhere
in the file name.
For example, a Contains search for en would bring up the following titles:
This is the End of the Beginning
The Unforgiven of San Juan
The Worst Pretender
Enjoy The Silent Thunder
Enter Sandwich Castle
Endless Laughter
Search For: To enter text, arrow to the field to highlight it, press ENTER on
the remote control and the on-screen keyboard will appear. Enter the title you
are searching for. The more detailed you are, the more accurate the results
will be. The search feature will locate all titles that contain the text you entered
that match the media type selected. To begin a search, use the down arrow to
navigate to the SEARCH button and press ENTER.
