Appropriate nail length
The appropriate nail intrusion length to be drive into concrete is .472" – .866" (12 mm – 22 mm) for nailing wooden
materials, and .570" – .787" (15 mm – 20 mm) for nailing thin steel sheet.
Longer nails results in the nails bending.
Select the appropriate length for the materials according to the following table.
