Passcode lock
To set the passcode, touch Menu

When prompted, enter the password to unlock the
smartphone.
Forgot your pattern or passcode?
If you make five unsuccessful attempts to enter your
PIN, password, or lock pattern, you can touch
pattern
and enter the Gmail user name and password
you set up as your main Gmail account when you
registered your device. You will then be able to create a
new PIN, password, or pattern and unlock your device.
If you forgot your original Gmail password, contact your
service provider to have your device factory reset.
Warning: All data on your smartphone will be deleted by
a factory reset.

server to clear the personal data from your smartphone
and memory card.
You need to be assigned permissions before you can
remote wipe data from your smartphone and memory
card. Contact your IT system administrator for the
information and permissions you need to perform the
remote wipe procedure.
Warning: All downloaded apps and user data on your
smartphone and memory card will be deleted.
