Locked exam documents under the Print icon menu so that exam content can
not be altered within a word processing program.
Addition of occupation and chart number on the printed exam short header.
Ability to renew your Annual Software Maintenance Agreement (ASMA) online
at our Web site www.officemate.net.
Notification when a patient's name is changed so that the change is not saved in
error.
Ability to view patient HIPAA information at the top of the ExamWRITER
chart window. The HIPAA flag is color coded to quickly notify you of the status
of the patient's HIPAA documents. If the flag is red, the patient did not sign the
HIPAA documents; if the flag is green, the patient read and understood the
HIPAA documents; and if the flag is yellow, the patient read and modified the
HIPAA documents.
