Patient History
• Ability to record a medication as being discontinued in the Patient Systemic
Medications and Patient Ocular Medications windows.
To record a medication as being discontinued, select the patient medication and
click Discontinue. The medication's status is marked as discontinued and it is
removed from the list of medications. To unmark a medication as being
discontinued, open the Patient Information Center. For more information on
unmarking medications as being discontinued, go to Patient Information Center
on page 5.
