New auto letter preferences in the Report Settings System Preference tab.
Additional default preferences, including the Rx expiration date for contact
lenses and eyewear, spectacle and contact lens Rx print options, default Rx view
in the Final Spectacle Rx tab, print DEA # on medication Rx, show contact lens
list in the Rx window, next appointment default, show Patient Quick List, auto
select Impression/Tx, and insert "No~exists except:" in Patient Hx.
